Dear sir / madam or to whom it may concern! Just wanted to pass on how very VERY satisfied we were today when we went into your store in inverness! We only went into get a new tariff for my girlfriend ( Margret ) and ended up getting a new tariff for myself!

Inverness Chloe Customer Service
We went into the Inverness branch with an issue with adding a card onto the wallet. Chloe was fantastic, she didn’t manage to add it however we have ordered a new phone and I also upgraded mine. We were in and out of there for over 2 hours the shop computers were playing up so made things a little bit more tricky. Thank you Chloe for your customer service today.
