Upgrade with extra.
Calum helped me with my upgraded Samsung Phone that I had ordered. Then he surprised me by suggesting I could save money and get better quality on my home broadband.

I made an appointment online with…
I made an appointment online with Vodafone for a battery refresh at 11am. At 10am I was sent a reminder for the appointment and when I got instore I was told this service is no longer available in store and my phone would have to send it away with no replacement phone. I said that wasn't good enough due to the fact I had made an appointment via Vodafone and this was their issue to fix.
The man then went over to his colleague Cameron (manager of the store) and I witnessed them laughing at me due to the fact I had asked for a replacement phone - when I asked what was funny Cameron advised me that their colleague (who was talking to another member of thr public and was nowhere near them) had made them laugh and that 'not everything is about me', he then continued to be extremely rude and patronising, not offering any help and then walked away from me

Great service
