Seen today by Jack who was very friendly and helpful
He sorted transferring all my data to my new phone as had to be done manually due to my previous phone being so old

I went into the store in st Stephen's shopping centre in hull, I have been with Vodafone for over 30 years obviously didn't want to change network, (dnt fix what ain't broke) spoke to a lovely girl called 'Cait' she was amazing talked me through it and explained any worries I had
