I was served by Arfan at your Huddersfield shop in Kingate centre Hudderfield. He was so helpful changing my accout to Vodafone. He was very patient with me and was not pushy. I am a pensioner and panic about stating new things, not fully Tech friendly. I also must say all the staff in that shop are also very helpfull and patient. Thank you all

Had an issue with my old mobile phone, it turned out to be a microphone fault. Liam at the vodafone store in huddersfield gave me some great advice on a potential new phone. I did my research amd purchased it online, because of Liams service, i went back to him and he helped me get all my info from old to new. I couldnt have done it othwrwise so i am eternally grateful to liam

Went into the vodafone store in…
Went into the vodafone store in Huddersfield and was met with a lovely man called Liam, he helped me sort my issue out with my phone upgrade. Whilst Liam was getting my new phone sorted i asked if he could help set my new one up as i would struggle. I am ever so grateful for him making sure all my information waa copied from my old to my new.
Honestly cant thank Liam and the Huddersfield Vodafone store enough

Connor sorted my sim out today in store, I had an account with 3 and he moved it onto Vodafone. He managed to get me a brilliant deal along with sorting my partners sim out.

Beccy in the Kingsgate Shop
Beccy in the Kingsgate, Huddersfield branch was extremely helpful with a problem I had with my mobile phone. In fact she sorted the problem quickly and efficiently and went on to save me money on my account, then she went on to put me in touch with someone that could look at an issue with my landline. Best bit of being looked after I have ever received from any mobile/internet provider company. Thanks Beccy.
