Jeremiah gave us exceptional service at the Eden Centre store today. He solved a problem we have had for weeks. He was reassuring, calming, warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Visit to High Wycombe branch
Visited my local High Wycombe branch today and was helped by Jeremiah Patel who was nothing short of phenomenal. He went above and beyond to help me with a pretty difficult situation staying well beyond the end of his shift to make sure I left with a better resolution than expected. Cannot thank him more for his efforts and certainly restores faith in humanity! Thank you sir, legend!

I bought a new connection due to poor coverage from my current provider , they gave me good deal but unfortunately I was still in contract with my previous contract and they happily returned , will come back once done with my current provider

Painful customer service not like it used to be
Vodafone used to be one phone company you could actually have faith in.
Have been with them over 15 years . Not once have I thought about leaving until this weekend.
Having changed said bank account and transferred all the DDs every thing going well . Then all of a sudden get a text saying not collected. Straight on phone to sort out or so I have thought. Since Mid November they have taken money from my account but still can’t get them to fix the problem. Having showed them bank statements and them confirming payments have been made . They still have the nerve to say it’s in the hands of our tech team. Have tried India . South Africa & uk base teams to try and resolve but alias still having to call them. I am now on my 3 hour this weekend trying to resolve this issue. Some of their staff are great some are let’s say need a lot more trainings. It’s just such a shame such a great company have now gone down hill so much in the last year or so.

If rating Lola 1out of 5. l would rate her double.
Went to Wycombe as l needed to sort my monthly payment. Her knowledge about Vodafone sim plan is very good. Lola her name if l am not mistaken was very professional and lovely at the same time very welcome in . She showed me a range of phones as l could upgrade my phone too. Which l didn't know myself. It really helps to speak face to face then online.
