I have experienced a very good service for Ahmad store manager 1 in hemel hempstead. Very professional manner and a great service. I am finally pleased to see that my local store has a decent mansget as I had a bad experience with the previous manager who miss sold me a watch for my daughter.

Excellent customer service
I had a really great experience at the Vodafone store in Hemel Hempstead, near the Plough roundabout, thanks to Hayden.
He took the time to answer every single question I had, and I mean every question, with clear and thorough explanations. He was incredibly patient, kind, and approachable throughout the entire interaction, which made a big difference.
What stood out the most was the extra effort he put in. He actually wrote everything down in a structured, step-by-step way on a piece of paper so I could take it back and discuss it with my roommates. That made things much easier for us to make a decision.
It genuinely felt like he went above and beyond to help me, without any attitude whatsoever, which is honestly quite rare these days. By the end of it, it felt more like I’d made a friend than just completed a transaction.
Really appreciate the help, Hayden. Excellent service.
