I have just visited Haverfordwest store. After experiencing no help at all yesterday on my land because my phone had locked me out in the end they said there was nothing more they could do. So I would definitely give the young gentleman who looked after me 5stars his name was ALAN. Thankyou

Excellent service…
My husband and I Upgraded our phones from iPhone 11 to 16 plus under our existing contracts. We were able to use the trade in which meant we each received £160 back. Hannah on Thursday 17 April took time to change my husband’s Bermuda registered apple account to Uk so he could receive the trade in code which was above and beyond. Simon seamlessly dealt with my upgrade on Saturday 19 April.

When I first joined vodafone a few years ago I was served by Bethan, she was so helpful and friendly. Anytime I need to return to the store I make sure I am served by her as no query is too small and she always makes sure everything I need is sorted and I'm happy. 10/10 service everytime! Thankyou
