My husband and I visited Vodafone today to change contracts. We were lucky enough to be greeted by 1 of the most helpful assistants I think I've ever seen. Emily helped us through an extremely frustrating call with Onecom. Explained our options in detail and in layman's terms. She spent time and was careful to ensure we understood everything we needed. I doubt we'll ever leave Vodafone because of this experience - I hope she's appreciated as she made our experience soooo much easier than it could have been

Both Emily and Katie were amazing
Both Emily and Katie were amazing. Taking great care and attention to explain fully the different plan options.
They were able to save us money on our existing plans. We travel quite a distance to always visit the Hastings Vodaphone store We have always received 5* care. Thank you ladies. Karen and Katie.

Amazing service!
Emily and Katie were incredibly helpful, they helped me streamline all of the numbers for my account, upgrading the contracts and saving me money whilst ensuring that I had exactly what I needed...and all in my lunch break! Really pleased with my new phone as well!!
