Great communication, very helpful, quick, all together very good. And Hafsa, Shahjan was a great help too.

Had a great experience today at the harrow Vodafone store with the one AM - Hafsa. Very professional and went out of her way to sort the deal out for me. Great Vodafone deals for the supper. Very highly recommend the network and the staff (Hafsa) in Harrow branch.

The service from Miss Deena was very excellent and her behavior was very kind and helpful.

Excellent service and help from John at Vodafone Harrow. I've usually dealt with him,a d he's always so helpful.

John was absolutely amazing. He listened to my needs and came out with different options for a new phone and plan. He was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and funny.He helped me resolve various issues I could not do through the app and answered all of my questions.He is a wonderful representative providing amazing customer service.

I have been a witness to a very unruly and rude gentleman by name David George who is wasting everyone’s time and picking on the staff unnecessary and exhibits rude behavior and creates disturbances, demonstrating a lack of interest in Vodafone's services. This individual has a pattern of targeting staff members, leading to an uncomfortable and disruptive environment. Such customers should be blacklisted and never allowed to step in the store.

Hafsa was very welcoming and efficient when we called in to have the roaming package put onto our phones.

I once again went into the harrow branch of vodafone and once again was served by hafsa. I cam only say that after my last review absolutely nothing has change. She is still more interested in talking to other people and does not listen to was is being asked of her.

Came into the Vodafone Harrow today and met with John. As usual it was a pleasant visit. He assisted me with my data and broadband without me even realising that I needed that help. John is always very helpful, patient, well informed and accomodating. I am leaving Vodafone today very satisfied and pleased. Excellent customer service. Thank you John.

Amazing love visiting this store, have completed few upgrades and family plan all done by my man sha, amazing patient fella who has great energy and pleasure to deal with. Any issue or any question I have regardless being silly he has the patience and understand to answer. Amazing store I’d travel 100 miles if I had to get to this branch

Ajay cognac harrow manager has rude to me, shouting and forcing me to get unlimited plans, he even said that's all the plans they sell, take my word people Don't buy from harrow store, his whole team is corrupt, Martyina, hafsa, Shah and deena the whole lot are corrupt and will only force you to get unlimited plans

I am very disappointed.

Tuesday 26th at 9am, set up a contract for an IPAD 10th Gen. It clearly said, collect and collect from 10:17am from the St Anns Rd Vodaphone store.
I was happy with and placed my order. Done my credit checks, signed the contract, Vodaphone took £30, as the first payment out of my bank.

EVERYTHING CONFIRMED THEN, I got an email explaining my order will be ready to click and collect 1-2 days!

I have been lied to after my money being taken. I specifically went with Vodaphone as they had the IPAD 10th Gen PINK in-Stock ready to collect.

I called customer services around 10am and was explained that I have to wait 1-2days for a text message explaining my order is ready to collect, However, during the ordering process it clearly said ready to collect from 10:17am. WHAT A LIE!

The customer service advisor, explained I can go to the store, and they will be able to provide me with it IF it is in stock. WHICH IT IS!

I went to St Anns Vodaphone, and explained I have came to collect my IPAD. The staff said 'No its not ready to collect' I explained the situation again.

An Asian lady was VERY rude and said to her colleague 'Let me know when she calms down so I can speak to her' When I was speaking to her colleague calmly, her attitude was absolutely stinky and disgusting, she wasn't even a manager and she was walking around the store like she owns it. I would never give disrespect unless I get it first, however she was RUDE. Her colleague was absolute helpful and understood my situation and frustration.

However, I was explained that the IPAD IN STOCK IS MY IPAD, however I can't have it. BECAUSE THEIR SYSTEM IS NOT READY.

MY IPAD is in stock however I CANT HAVE IT because its not ready?

The Ipad in the store is my Ipad which I will be collecting... just not NOW. I have to wait 1-2 days. BUT IT IS IN STOCK.
????????? ITS 2024 WHY AM I WAITING 1-2 DAYS IF ITS ALREADY IN STOCK?

I called customer service AGAIN they explained all the store has to do is scan and the ipad will be ready for me to collect? However the store said there is nothing they can do.

WHY is this so HARD?
I am disappointed, if I knew this was going to happened I would have gone to EE.
