Great support at Harrogate
Called at the Vodaphone shop in Harrogate to discuss upgrading and Matt explained items we failed to understand online. He also gave us a good offer and support. We are looking forward to the new phone in 2 days and him helping us to transfer all the apps over.

Matt was really helpful! Gave us plenty of options and gave us an amazing deal for both of our phones which we weren't expecting. He was also a great colleague to chat to. Alex was amazing from start to finish
Alex was amazing from start to finish. Found us the best deal possible whilst also being transparent and accommodating to what we needed. What made it even more of an accomplishment was it was his first ever sale. He also made sure our kids had plenty to do and colour in while us as parents got everything completed.
