I came into store to ask for help with setting up my new phone and Amy did a great job in transferring everything over for me. I left the new and old phone with her and she moved it all over for me. Happy with the service!

Went in currys to get new phone took…
Went in currys to get new phone took contract out with Vodafone in 1 hour changed mind contract got cancelled straight away no phone no sim it was in 14days cooling of period took £65 out of bank went back to retailer sent me to Vodafone shop got told only sell phone's don't deal with the problem I had gave me Vodafone number to phone I did took me 2 days get it sorted being on phone for a long time got told they are charging me for use of phone which I didn't have now they are taking money of my £65 for me using phone never had phone or sim but now got told I got to wait 24 day's to get rest of money back lesson of day's never deal with Vodafone again customer service is rubbish 🗑

Excellent customer service from Chloe
Excellent customer service from Chloe. Bit disappointed had to pay more than I wanted for my data plan, but had no option as it was tied to phone warranty.( refurb I phone 15). Phone due tomorrow so fingers crossed it’s described🤞

My old phones battery was going and I…
My old phones battery was going and I wanted a new battery but after looking found a new battery for the old phone would'nt be beneficial. Amy looked at a few phones for me and we settled on the Samsung A37 and a new tablet to go with the phone. Amy was lovely, we had a good chat and she exchanged my details from one phone to the other.
