Kellie at Vodafone Gloucester provided outstanding customer service. She explained everything clearly and patiently, making sure we fully understood all the options available. She had such positive energy and was incredibly respectful, professional, and welcoming throughout the whole experience.
It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. She made everything easy and stress-free for us. We really need more people like Kellie in customer service — she is a real credit to Vodafone Gloucester.

Upgrading phone
Absolutely fantastic service from Victoria. Came in to upgrade a very old phone. She listened to what I needed which was an updated phone but very simple and also the same as old phone. She was very kind and patient and took the time to go through everything with me, even when I came back to collect the new phone as we had to order it in. Excellent service from start to finish. She made me feel at ease about how to use the phone and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Customer Service

Gloucester store, very helpful
Popped into the Gloucester store this morning with a SIM problem, spoke to Kellie, who sorted out my problem very quickly. Pleasant, knowledgable and efficient, couldn't fault the service and couldn't praise Kellie highly enough for her assistance.
