Michael was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He helped me set up Vodafone accounts for my entire family and made what could have been a complicated process feel simple and stress-free. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed, explained the options clearly, and secured genuinely good deals that suited each family member.
What really stood out was his patience and attention to detail. He didn’t rush us, answered every question properly, and made sure everything was set up correctly before we left. It felt like he genuinely cared about getting us the best value rather than just making a sale.

I was currently with three mobile for broadband and 2 phones, I was out of contract and was passin Vodafone and decided to pop in, I was helped by one of your agents Leanne who provided first class customer service and helped me change all my business from 3 mobile to Vodafone for both broadband and 2 SIM cards which will be adding 2 phones as well I’m 3 months, I have worked in customer service for 20 years and the service I received today was second to none and yous are very lucky to have such a good agent, nothing was too much hassle for her and due to her I am now a Vodafone customer and will be telling my family and friends to move over to Vodafone as well, so she will bring yous a lot of business with her cheery attitude and excellent product knowledge as every question I asked, she answered clearly and precisely, a top agent

Had previous experiences that wasn’t what I wanted but Dan in this store showed how the store has improved for a customer experience, which helped me make the decision to renew and get a new phone in this store

Excellent service by Michael
We were assisted by Michael who was absolutely great. He was friendly and very knowledgable about everything we asked him. The whole experience was easy. He knew his products inside out - getting a new phone for me, and a new sim contract for my husband as well as advising us on changing to Vodaphone for our broadband.
