I was trying to transfer my phone…
I was trying to transfer my phone number to a new provider and the process was definitely challenging but Arif was extremely helpful, he did all the heavy lifting, fantastic customer service. I honestly could not have done it myself, the process isn’t perfect and Arif navigated it so well.
Cannot thank him enough so wanted him to get his recognition noted.

Sailen was exceptional
Sailen was exceptional. The shop was due to shut at 7pm & I nipped in ten minutes before to buy a SIM only plan. He stayed 20 minutes later than required to help me insert the sim into my handset & to upgrade my elderly mother’s plan who is tagged to my Vodafone account. He was very speedy, kind & thorough.
