Just popped into Folkestone Vodafone as for the last two weeks my phone has not been working properly. In 2 minutes flat the wonderful Vodafone guy had sorted it and I was delighted. Nice friendly welcome as I arrived, and an offer of a seat while I waited. Well done all!

Saw Andy again was helpful with sorting out phones for myself and family members. Explained the pricing difference between phones, managed to change my son on to a sim only contract saving me money happy days. Explained how to transfer everything over to the new phones.

I have been trying to sort out my…
I have been trying to sort out my broadband and not really getting anywhere. The one I started in September I cancelled. Then as my current broadband contract ends tomorrow I went back to Vodafone and the sales assistant Georgia was a great help, in arranging a new one. Georgia had been dealing with the order that was eventually cancelled and she had been wonderful trying to get everything done. I will try to contact her again when I need something else.

Drew was excellent in sorting out my new phone deal after I spotted it online. Over the 2 or 3 times I came into Folkestone branch to get things sorted out he was very patient with me and talked me through things carefully step by step. Much appreciated!

I had the most amazing experience at…
I had the most amazing experience at Vodafone Folkestone today with Neil and his team. I had a number of phones to sort for christmas presents and was apprehensive at the amount I had to do. Everyone was amazing quick and efficiant. Neil listened intently to what I wanted for my children which all wanted different things and gave me the best deal and advice for our situation. It was amazing to see the support from other staff too, for example passing an insurance leaflet over and showing phones all to help get my orders done quicker. In the time I was in there I saw a number of different customers come in and out with different queries and they were all dealt wiry really well especially ones that may have been deemed difficult by many. It was all taken in their stride and each customer was offered the best service. Neil and his team are fantastic and I will forever go there with any upgrades and queries. Thank you for your time and effort today , I wish other companies could present the customer service these guys did !!!! 😇😍😍
