Michael was the store advisor who…
Michael was the store advisor who assisted me. He was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He explained everything and set me up with a new 2 year contract. He is certainly a great ambassador for Vodafone. Its really good to be able to visit a store and speak to someone in person.

Pleasant, helpful and efficient
My daughter lost her SIM card on holiday so went into the Felixstowe shop to find out about a replacement. They were very helpful, polite and efficient. They sorted it all out and put the new card in. All sorted within about ten minutes.

Best ever mobile buying experience
What a pleasant visit to the Vodafone shop in felixstow 😊
Michael and Cole were so efficient in helping me choose a deal that was best for my usage and my pocket😊
They went out of their way in trying to find out what my previous network were charging me for🤔,I was mis sold a business sim by o2 which instead of costing £10per month I was being charged over amount this every month,January I was charged £96.88😡
Michael and Cole gave me more help in 1 hour than o2 has given in 3 weeks.

Great service from Vodafone Felixstowe yesterday, thank you to Cole for sorting out the transfer of data from my very broken old phone to the new one! Highly recommend this store if you need an upgrade or help with your phone and you prefer to visit a store rather than go online.

Great customer service in Felixstowe
Great customer service by both Charlie & Cole. Charlie sold me the phone offering me different options while Cole transferred my data while Charlie dealt with another customer. They both answered all my questions in a way I could understand & allowed me to make my own choices. Very pleased.

Great customer service at Felixstowe
I have just seen Cole at the Vodafone shop in Felixstowe.He was fantastic and sorted out an issue from transferring from pay as you go to pay monthly.I would recommend him to anyone, he was very patient and extremely helpful.Thank you Cole!
