Lies lies lies
Phone went in for battery refresh.
Told it would be free.
They then called me up to charge me nearly £200 as it was not in fact free.
To be lied to to my face in their store about a service being free and it then not has truly agrivated me.
Phoned up, no discount on a new phone, no I have to take back the phone that I asked for them to replace the battery on and be thankful to them for not doing what they said they would.
I will take this further I will not accept being lied to.

Great in store experience
Really great friendly service from Dan in store today. Initially went in to collect my new phone and left with my partner taking out a new contract with a really good deal so overall a successful visit.

Great Service
I went into the Vodafone store looking for a sim only deal after O2 had hiked my monthly payment .
Dan worked out an extremely good deal for me and also worked out a Vodafone upgrade for my wife.
The whole process was fuss free , simple and easy .
Dan was patient , polite , friendly and very helpful , explaining all the details in an easy to understand manor.
We were very pleased with the service we received.
