Came into store to get help with a SIM card and David was a wonderful gentleman who got me a great deal on a new iPhone after telling me I was due an upgrade and also beat my current price on my WiFi at home too very pleased with the help I got in store

Marc was very helpful and professional
Marc was very helpful and professional. I was due to start work, Marc listened and I was in and out in no time at all.
Came in for a phone upgrade, Marc took time to walk through the options and I left with what I came in for:
I work in the Gyle and consistently use the Gyle store. Never had a problem. All staff I have encountered have been helpful and knowledgeable.
Also a shout out to Craig who helped me the day before when I walked in a minute before closing for a quick question.

I came into the Vodafone Shop at the…
I came into the Vodafone Shop at the Gyle in Edinburgh to upgrade my phone. Callum, the member of staff was very supportive and helpful from the start. He took time to outline all of the options and best deals for me and was very patient in explaining them all and breaking them down. He also showed me the different phones, what they look like and the prices for each. Callum was very helpful, patient and answered all of my questions.
