Fantastic service.
I was served by Cami Reid who was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and talked me through every step. My phone screen was broken and I wasn't sure of my best options but he went through all possibilities and allowed me to consider what was best for me. The whole process took around an hour and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all.

The service received from the staff in the Dunfermline shop was fantastic!
The service received from the staff was great, they were all very friendly and worked well together and shared their knowledge. They listened to what I was looking for and gave me various options to suit my needs and also advised me of additional offers to consider. All my questions were answered and support given was great - they know their stuff. I went in just to look and came out with a new phone and refreshed plan!
