Great service
Anna Law from the Dundee branch of Vodafone was a tremendous help today and kept us right when upgrading our phones even when we asked her tricky questions . Even gave us a recommendation for lunch. Excellent service.

New iPhone
After having a 3 month ordeal with o2, Frank and Anna from Vodafone Dundee sold me the new iPhone that I had been waiting for o2 to deliver since September.
It was a breath of fresh air to experience service like the two of them gave me after my experiences with o2.
A man came in with an issue with a product and because the shop was due to close, Frank arranged an appointment with him to come back to rectify his problem. I nearly fell off my chair when I seen this as I was so used to the mob across the mall telling me that all they do is sell phones and putting up their "phone 202" wall.
Even Vodafone's 191 compared to o2's 202 is like night and day.
Vodafone have sorted problem's with the PAC code on my behalf which was actually a problem caused by o2 and not once was I put in a queue or forced to fight with a pointless automated machine.
Please Vodafone, do not change!

Friendly staff- Frank
Went in on Friday as I was due an upgrade. Spoke with Frank who was friendly and helped straight away. He asked what I was looking for and managed to get the best deal. Very helpful and happy with experience.
