Service by Fareeha at Didcot store
Hi
Today I went to the Didcot Vodafone store and the lady at the front desk Fareeha really helped me in getting a new plan with device. She was knowledgeable and very quick in service. I am glad I was dealt by her as my previous experience in Reading store was not good.

Dave was very helpful in sorting out my problems
Dave was very helpful in sorting out my problems through providing a new sim as my son's phone had been stolen. He went through the processes and was making sure I understood everything.
He was very courteous and helpful and made it a very pleasant experience.
