Popping in to the Vodafone shop solved the issue…
From the moment I stepped into the shop I was very well looked after by Jess. Quickly resolved my issue with the signal / service and then onto upgrading my contract.
My needs have changed over the last few years, therefore, changing the data use level has produced a good monthly saving. So, overall I am well pleased with my visit to the Vodafone shop in Cirencester.

Amazing customer service
Dale and Kieran went above and beyond to help me get the best deal for my phone upgrade, they helped me set everything up and I went away without any confusion. (Rare for someone who does not understand technology!) Very grateful to them both.

Great service ,made to feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door ,Dept manager Thomas was very professional and was able to answer all my questions over a variety of phones ,will definitely recommend this branch to friends and family ,Thomas went above what I expected,after a visit to a rival phone shop ,will have no hesitation going back to Vodafone cirencester

Me and my partner went in to the…
Me and my partner went in to the Cirencester store on Monday and we were severed by dale and helped both of us get a new phone this is my first time being vodaphone it was a very easy experience and he explained everything we needed to know , we were also helped by Tom and Jess , they all have very good customer service and are all very helpful and professional, thanks for the help guys

I went into Vodafone Cirencester
I went into Vodafone Cirencester today and was greeted by a very nice team (Dale,Jeff/jess and Tom) they was a very friendly team very efficient and answered every question I had asked them and you can tell they all know what they are talking about they treated us to a nice cup of coffee they managed to sort everything we wanted very quickly and had some good conversations I would 100% recommendation going into this store for any issues you may have they are all extremely helpful and don’t make everything seem over complicated very happy with the service we had today and will be back

Walked in to Vodafone in Cirencester for help with my battery and Kieran could not have been more helpful. He went the extra mile and didn't talk tech speak to me nor did he patronise this 69 year old!
