Customer service has been helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. While wait times can occasionally be a bit long, the representatives are usually knowledgeable and resolve issues efficiently. I also appreciate the clear billing and the ability to manage my account easily through the app.

Five Stars for Preaw
Arriving at the Vodaphone Chelmsford branch in a bit of a fluster on the back of a very rude man on the main Vodaphone line refused to access my account saying I had to go into a shop, I drove the 12 miles and was met by Preaw who was by contrast professional and helpful, just what I needed to get my broadband account sorted. Yes it took a while but it was worth every minute and she was a pleasure to speak to. Preaw is extremely knowledgeable and efficient and it made me remember that whilst the brand is large and at arms length online the personal customer care you get instore was exemplary. I highly recommend you visit the Chelmsford shop if you want a top quality experience tailored to your needs.
