Channing(?) and also Jamie (?) - not sure if names correct, at the Carmarthen branch went over and above in their friendly and knowledgeable service. I had called in to ask a technical question about my current samsung phone and then made enquiries about a new phone as my contract is at an end. Not pushy at all, instead honest and helpful advice given. If I hadn't visited right at the end of closing time I would definitely have made a purchase today. Many thanks

Great Customer Service
Service was above and beyond what I would expect. Staff were attentive, very knowledgeable (saved me a quid or two) and super friendly. I prefer face to face contact, these guys smashed it - and this is the reason why I will remain a loyal Vodafone customer. Many thanks

Great Service
