Over the last few days I have tried to…
Over the last few days I have tried to upgrade my phone, with support agents online and over the phone however I was left frustrated and upset when they messed me around.
I went into the shop in Carlisle today and Olivia (Liv) handled it amazingly, she is an amazing worker and always happy to help, 10/10 service, I’ll be sticking to Vodafone purely for her expert help and my great experience in store!

Another very successful visit to the Carlisle Vodaphone branch. Liv spent time exploring all the options for the upgrade of one of the phones on my contract today. Dealt with Jade ( Carlisle store )in the up-grade of my mobile phone which used to be a stressful time but this was far from my experience on this occasion.
