Great team and great offers
Visited the store and got a great deal to switch to Vodafone from Talk Mobile. Also upgraded my phone which arrived the next day. A really friendly team and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend for all your network needs.

I always use the Buxton Vodafone store…
I always use the Buxton Vodafone store as I find it more personal to deal with a salesperson face to face, rather than using the call centre.
I had a slight hickup with with my upgrade which locked me out of my account.
Marjorie the store manager went above and beyond to sort out the issue, which was quickly resolved.
Can't recommend this store and their personell high enough.

Amazing assistant
We were helped by Nisha who was extremely patient and helpful. Have great admiration for her skills in transferring my details from a Google Pixel which had virtually had it! Amazingly she managed to sort it!

This is an amazing store with staff who go out of their way to help and provide excellent service. I had some difficulties getting a hearing aid to pair with the new Vodaphone I phone. Nothing was too much trouble for Issac who works in the Buxton store and he sorted it all out. I would recommend this store very highly.

Upgrade information
Went to Vodafone store in Buxton. Met Isaac who talked us throgh upgrading to Samsung 24 ultra. Very friendly and informative discussion and all our questions answered. Will almost certainly follow this up with a purchase
Also cleaned charging port on existing phone
A very worthwhile visit and thanks to Isaac.

Isaac...my son who has a severe mental illness needed to change his phone. We came into store and often ( in shops)we are met with blank unhelpful assistance BUT Isaac gave him time n support...respect and I am forever grateful for such a helpful approach...fantastic employee
