Toped up by £40 then paid for BVB30 few…
Toped up by £40 then paid for BVB30 few hours after Vodafone taken my last ten pound of credit and give me two GB of data, I never asked for this data I called customer service we're sorry all our colleagues are currently unavailable please try again later well you know they're not busy because it doesn't put you on hold it terminates the call. For months on end now this being continuous issues with Vodafone random text messages problems with topping up & system delays not good enough

The store manager, Dan, was excellent! He clearly knew what he was talking about and was able to advise me with lots of detail and awareness about what was a complicated case. Very impressed with him, his level of knowledge and his service.

Great service at Vodaphone Burnley
Liam came across a number of problems on the migration process, he however perceived, and after a little while succeeded in getting it done. At no time was it too much to bother with.
