Rihanna was very help, she helped me with my upgrade, broadband choices and gigacube options when I was very hopeless in terms of having internet at home. She was very knowledgeable about the products, and also explained to me the faults with my current phone and offered to upgrade my dad’s sim and my current iPhone for an amazing price. Ree also explained it will best to have insurance with my new phone.
I recommend Vodafone Bromley because of their knowledgeable and friendly stuff

Ree has been really good went above and beyond to help me with my whatapp even checked my sim to see if it was the right sim for my phone and she managed to change it for me, make sure you go to her for anything customer service is amazing!!

I spent nearly 2 hours in the store yesterday and cannot thank the whole team enough for their patience and dedication in trying to sort out a new iPad for me. I left the store with a brand new iPad fully set up with all my apps and details all ready to go and very happy indeed with the new contract and their most helpful advice in also reducing my overall monthly costs. Attended Bromley store after major internet problems at home. Spoke to Reeanna. She was helpful, polite, engaging, and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem with a better internet connection than ever before and a better contract. A credit to the store.
