I bought a new phone and wanted to keep…
I bought a new phone and wanted to keep my old number because I have been using this number for over 10 years. Despite receiving a text message that everything would be sorted out within 24 hours. They did nothing. They charged £60 for two accounts. Although they sent me an eSIM card. I wrote to them and they offered me a SIM card with 3 GB internet. The next day they disconnected my internet everywhere at home too. They said that I had already used 3 GB on the router and phone. I pay £60 a month for iPhone and £32 for broadband. And I have no internet. They only know how to pay the fees without giving anything in return. I do not recommend this company and I will never use their services again. I have been with them for 7 years and this is how they treated me.

Superb customer experience from start to finish!
I came into the store multiple times today greet by a lovely man by the name of Ayodele every time who knew I had it in my mind to walk away woth a new phone. His service was outstanding and he was a true gentleman and not pushy at all. When I had finally settled on a phone he patiently sat down with me and went through it all with me. Superb experience and lovely staff.
