Walked into the store and it was fairly quiet. Was seen straight away but the service was terrible! Sales person could really not of cared less! Constantly looking at his phone while the computer was loading! No small talk, nothing! I ended up going to a different Vodafone as I really didn’t want to give him the sale!

Trey at the Brighton store was really helpful and had a great rapport with us as customers. Brilliant service

Bella was very helpful and have a fantastic service when needing to upgrade my phone.

Between January 2015 and November 2017 Vodafone took £2,908.07 from my bank account which was £96.93 per month. The last month I paid them, they took £533.16. At this point I had to walk away from their services because I simply couldn’t afford to pay. This was for use of my phone when I was briefly on holiday. They then proceeded to pursue me for a debt of £1891.05 for unpaid charges. This amounted to a total of £4,799.12 of charges over 30 months which worked out at £159.97 per month. This legalised theft has since been regulated although there are still ex customers like me still being pursued through the high court for these ridiculous charges. Needless to say, Vodafone do not care about you as an individual and are only interested in exploiting you for monetary gain. I strongly recommend that customers do not sign up with Vodafone.

The staff especially Garry were extremely helpful and when above and beyond to help me. I know very little about phones and usage but they took time to explain and guide me through everything. Thank you

I went into the Brighton branch to get a new phone, and the chap, Nick, who helped me was fantastic. He went out of his way to sort out a couple of issues and delivered the best customer service I've received in a long time. Thanks!

The rep I dealt with named Ben was well informed, professional and very personable. He easily persuaded me to renew my contract instead of changing provider and came up with a very acceptable package instantly.

Walked in with no sim card, left with everything I'd want with a sim-only phone. Sonny (cainan I think it's spelt) takes his job with a serious yet super comfortable stride, which is rare for any salesmen. I felt like I wasn't being upsold but offered great deals and service. In 2 years time (after my contract) I will be back.
