We were served by Mike, who was excellent as he managed to sort out our complicated bills and saved us quite a lot of money. He was friendly and courteous and we never felt rushed.

I changed my android to I phone and had difficulty transferring data. The staff at the store went above and beyond to solve the problem with my android . Great service

Have recently gone into the Bridgwater store because I wanted to check on the plan I currently had and wanted to see if this could be upgraded.

Amazing service as always from the Bridgwater store. I was served by Leigh and could not fault a thing. All team members are super friendly and go above an beyond. Will definitely return when my broadband is due.

My experience today 21 May 2023 has been excellent. Very helpful and very professional. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted with a smile and shown to a seat to start my search for an upgrade of my mobile. The customer care I received from Leighanne was excellent.
