Michael was exceptional!
Michael that served me instore really impressed me with his exceptional knowledge of phones and he managed to help me pick the right one for my daughter . He promptly addressed my inquiries, providing insightful recommendations that led me to the perfect phone.

Issues are resolved quick
I came in to cancel my contract because I was having issues with my SIM. The lady that was serving me was extremely rude and hostile to the point where her manager had to step it.
The issue was resolved quickly after that and the young man was very friendly and helpful.
This wasn't my first time going into this particular store and I have always been greeted with nothing but respect, however it was the first time that I met this employee.
That is why I still want to give them 4 stars, even though my experience with the manager would have been worth 5. So they should consider training the team to be on a corresponding level.

I was served by Michael , and he was so quick and efficient.
He was able to analyse my data usage and then advised on what plan would best meet my needs!
I’ve been with Vodafone for over 6 years now and he reminded me of the reasons why I’ve stayed! He was very professional and polite. I would highly recommend, especially for his customer service.

Great customer service
I went in to get a new phone and some accessories. The staff were very helpful on the day, the store was clean and easy to navigate with a short wait before I was seen to. Michael ensured I had a good customer experience and supported me to find a phone and deal I was happy with on the day.

Mike and John were very professional…
Mike and John were very professional and dealt with my issues very quickly they also were able to give me a great deal compare to other stores and help me with my phone setup and I was able to get broadband for a cheap price! This helped me save loads in the long run!!

Would recommend this store highly
My experience is always good at this particular branch, I always find that they go the extra mile to make sure that I am happy with everything in my package and are always on hand to help me navigate through both my bills and queries about my phone.
They differentiate themselves because no matter how busy they are, as soon as you get to the front of the queue they still have a smile on their face when they could easily be tired and downbeat given how busy they get.

Very friendly and informative Staff!
I'm not from the UK and needed something for the month. The young man that helped me was extremely patient with all of my questions, since things are a bit different in my country. He did an excellent job explaining my different options and we opted for a voxi plan in the end.
Overall very friendly staff who know what they're doing.
