We had Sabi help us today at Vodafone Brent Cross and he went out of his way to help me. My phone wa stolen and he helped me with eSIM and also ended us cleaning my phone too! Thank you for helping me when I was feeling quite upset about the stolen phone.

Jaw-dropping satisfaction - don’t go elsewhere
Jaw-dropping satisfaction. I came in the store to just get a SIM card and cancel 2 Vodafone accounts after 15 years because I was so frustrated with Vodafone Customer Support. Syed and Seyon sorted out months of pain for me and I left a continued Vodafone customer with a smile. Don’t go anywhere else!

I have visited the Brent Cross branch many times, but Dinath the Assistant Manager was very helpful and understood my problem with Vodafone and resolved it very quickly. Very happy with the service provided.

Poor Customer Service and Zero Accountability
I recently had an issue with my SIM port and visited the Vodafone store in Brent Cross for assistance. Three sales advisors—two males and one female—attempted to help me, but none could figure out the problem. One of them didn’t even bother to ask about the issue or try to help. The other two, unable to resolve it, kept telling me to “wait 24 hours and come back,” as if that were a real solution.
I don’t even live near Brent Cross, yet I made the trip twice, hoping for a resolution. On my last visit, I was given an advisor’s email—Sabi—to contact if my SIM still didn’t work. Unsurprisingly, when I reached out the next day, he completely ghosted me and never responded.
When I contacted Vodafone’s online customer service, they told me to visit a store for help. But if this is the kind of treatment customers receive, what’s the point? These employees seem more interested in avoiding responsibility than actually helping customers. When I requested to speak to a manager or someone more experienced, I was conveniently told that the assistant manager was the highest authority available—essentially shutting down any possibility of escalation.
It’s clear that this store prioritizes sales over customer service. If your employees have no interest in solving issues, they shouldn’t offer false assurances, making customers waste their time and money traveling to the store for nothing. It has now been seven days without a working network, and Vodafone has shown zero accountability.
This whole experience has negatively impacted my mental health and disrupted my work, as I have been left without a phone network for a full week. Instead of helping, the staff at this store have only added to my frustration with their pretentious and unprofessional attitude.
I strongly recommend avoiding Vodafone, especially this branch. If you value real customer service and reliability, go with any other network—this one is a complete disgrace.

Brilliant service
Big thank you to Nazim who was both very helpful and informative today. Provided us with tons of information and guidance on the products whilst also being friendly and comfortable to be around.
