Hasnain at the Bradford store
Hasnain helped us with getting new SIM cards and pre ordering new phones. He explained everything and made everything make sense and made everything clear. He was very professional and he was a very nice person and I'm glad we got him when we went to the store. Would recommend him at this store. His customer service skills are unmatched. Thank you

I visited the bradford store where…
I visited the bradford store where gentleman called waheed attended to us and offered us a cracking deal was very easy to talk to absolute credit to Vodafone I switched and so did my mum only because of waheed 10 10 service highly recommend

Homaira was really nice she really helped me un choosing the right sim plan. I really wanted a phone but my credit vetting didn't allow me to,so homaira said take the sim card as this will build my credit. She was so nice kind and helpful

Great service from Hasnain
Great service from Hasnain. I only came in store to have a look at some devices but instead I was offered a really great sim only deal on my plan with more data and entertainment plan for a similar price to what I was paying.

I received exceptional service today…
I received exceptional service today from Ishamail Ahmed at the Bradford Broadway Vodafone store. He went completely above and beyond to help me, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
He was incredibly friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and he took the time to make sure everything was sorted properly while making me feel like a valued customer throughout.
It’s rare to come across customer service of this standard these days, and Ishamail is a real credit to Vodafone. Thank you so much for all your help today – you turned what could have been a stressful visit into a genuinely positive experience. Vodafone is very lucky to have you!
