Vodafone Bluewater is fantastic
Vodafone Bluewater is fantastic! Spoken to Sam yesterday who done my upgrade, he is very informative and gave me the best deal. Today I popped back into store to get my stuff transfered from old to new phone and was served by Laura, she done a fantastic job and helped me to understand the new features of my phone. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Manas was a gem!!
Manas was absolutely brilliant, what a credit to your store. I went in to get my self a new iPhone 17 pro max expecting to pay a lot more but I needed a phone so I had no choice.
Somehow I walked out with a new phone and paid less than what my current bill is. He was an absolute gentleman and credit to your store. He made me feel so comfortable, you are really lucky to have manas working in your store.. hope to see him there when I come in for my next upgrade.

Sim upgrade with Tara
I came into the store for a sim upgrade and Tara was absolutely amazing. She was detailed and very kind, she offered me a deal tailored to my needs by being thorough and patient with getting to know what I am looking for e.g data usage and travel roaming etc. A star !!

What can I say the service was first class I came in stressed with my I phone 12 , lots of problems as the phone was getting old ,not working on lots of platforms , I couldn’t really afford to go on contract as I was sim only .
I left with getting an I phone 15 brand new & Vodaphone broadband aswell , no pressure at all just felt like they are genuine people out to help customers which doesn’t happen all the time in this day n age ! Answered questions & wrote me out a breakdown of how much I will be saving compared with my current provider , this works out to nearly £1000 yearly, plus I have a phone & contract
For less monthly than what I was paying just for broadband .
Very happy customer Thankyou both very much . 😊😊
