I was dealt with by Martin. I had arrived with 2 iPhones neither of which worked correctly. He resolved my problems without any great difficulty although he did stop to scratch his head from time to time.

Fantastic personal service!
Called instore for help as the app would not recognise me so I couldn't sign in? Gillian was a fantastic help, sorting out my phone, the app and looking for a better deal for me! Made me feel like a VIP. That was old style customer service and we loved it

No hard sell. Genuine knowledgeable and helpful.
Matthew was very helpful and did not give the hard sell. He was extremely knowledgeable and spent time with me to ensure that everything i needed was discussed. A new phone to suit my needs a better tariff and an update on my broadband ar a cheaper price. Matthew knew his business. Most impressed.

Matthew was really helpful. Met our needs exactly.
We spent over an hour looking at various options..and emerged with two new phones and contracts for very little more than we are paying now. Really good, personal customer service.

Still not got satisfactory response
Still not got satisfactory response, yet they are still willing to take money from my bank, they failed to replace broken phone from insurance, I had to get a phone from argos which was totally crap. I consider this contract voided as nothing was replaced and money was still taken .

Excellent professional service and atmosphere. I was seen by Adam, who has helped me with my requirements in the past. I received the usual polite wonderful helpful friendly service, that I receive each time I use the Blackpool store. Adam provided what I required in a friendly helpful professional manner, he explained everything clearly and easily, so that I could understand everything and I received over and above what I asked for. I recommend everyone to use the shop. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, professional and help you find what you require, with the best possible deals and plans, talking you through everything, in a clear fuss free way, so that customers leave happy and satisfied.
