Amar was excellent
Amar was brilliant from start to finish. He took the time to listen, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to get such good customer service these days, but Amar definitely delivered. Highly recommend speaking to him if you're with Vodafone.

Unbelievable service!
I upgraded my phone online to a refurbished device and then had major issues. I ended up going to the Bishops Stortford store with the 2nd phone. I dealt with a very helpful man named Joe who gave me the most professional service and genuinely swayed me from leaving Vodafone!

Imagine paying a large sum of money for a service that does not work as promised. This is the frustrating reality for many Vodafone customers, who face poor internet service and unexpected charges. Vodafone's problems with internet connectivity and hidden fees create a negative experience for users, and it is essential to consider other options that provide better reliability and transparency.
Vodafone's internet service often fails to meet customer expectations. Many users report slow speeds and dropped connections, which can make daily tasks like browsing the web or streaming videos nearly impossible. For example, a student trying to complete an online assignment may struggle to connect, leading to stress and frustration. When a service does not work properly, it becomes challenging to trust that company for future needs.
