Jack was incredibly helpful
Jack was incredibly helpful. Fast and efficient. Not only was he able to sort out accounts and help my partner he made it a very un stressful appointment
He really is one of the best I’ve felt with.

Lois is a new employee
Lois is a new employee, she was lovely to talk to and talked through the process of what was happening. There was a glitch in the system on the computer but she did not stress out over it, she asked for help and the issue was dealt with. Quite a nice experience.

Lois and Mark both really helped us out when upgrading our phones. They were very patient with both my partner and our 9 month old baby who they kept entertained for nearly 4 hours while we were getting sorted.

Jack was amazing he helped my 79 year…
Jack was amazing he helped my 79 year old mam select a phone and he set it up for her. AMAZING customer service ( not seen on the high street now unfortunately) he is an asset to Vodafone. He was also training the new member of staff and was doing a fab job. This young lad was also very helpful and friendly. WOW 🤩 wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Thank you so much Jack ⭐️ 🌟
