I came to the kings heath branch today…
I came to the kings heath branch today and spoke to a lovely lady named indi, she was very polite, very professional and very keen and willing to help me with any questions or queries I had. I am very happy with the service she provided and I would recommend other people who may need to speak to an adviser to visit the branch and feel confident they are getting a helpful, kind and professional service. 10/10. Thank you again Indi I am more than happy to visit kings heath branch again if needed in the future.

This is my second visit to the kings…
This is my second visit to the kings heath branch. Both times I have been served by Dil and it's been a pleasure. He firsr sorted me out with WiFi when they originally said I wasn't able to have it and now he has helped me reduce my monthly bill on my sim and pay off the remaining amount on my device.
