Great service

Robert was very informative and helpful. The rest of the staff were friendly as well. I will definitely recommend vodafone Bath for the great customer service experience.

Fantastic customer service

Today (13/6/26) i had fantastic customer service by Alina at the Vodafone Store in Bath, 30-31 Stall Street, BA1 1QG. I had ordered a new phone and set up a new plan the previous week but i had to pop in to the store to cancel the new plan as this was slightly incorrect and set up a new one. Alina was very understanding and knowledgeable in her work and she managed to sort everything for me with no trouble at all. The new phone is great and i am happy that i managed to come away with the plan that i wanted. Please if you can pass this on to Alina. 10/10

Went check latest broadband and SIM…

Went to check latest broadband and SIM deals against rising prices for my two current contracts. Made a saving of £7 per month by moving to FF broadband (£21 against £28) and £5 saving (and 5gb more data) by renewing SIM contract to an 'incentivised' deal. £12 a month saving (nr £150 a year) for better service was a no brainer. Also, Alina was knowledgable, efficient and thoroughly charming. How 'shopping' should be👍
