Needed new phone
There was no rush and I had things explained to me clearly and bits written down which helped when I asked. Ashley was friendly and approachable and did not pressure me into buying anything I did not want. I am disabled and have problems with my memory and words. Ashley was very helpful and remained calm when I started to struggle with finding words. Other people came into the store talking about a connection problem and Ashley was able to remain calm and professional.

I went into the Basingstoke store…
I went into the Basingstoke store Friday the 4th of July around 4.30ish and I got something stuck in my charging port, I got approached straight away and the man who served me helped me straight away got what was stuck out of the charging port he didn’t have to do that as wasn’t part of the job. Genuinely made my day as I was having the worst day ever!!! Amazing service

Outstanding Service from Jacob at Vodafone Basingsingstoke
I recently purchased an iPhone 16 Pro from the Vodafone store in Festival Place, Basingstoke, and had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Jacob. His customer service was exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. What impressed me even more was that he delivered this top-tier service while simultaneously training another team member, who was also fantastic.
Jacob made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. It’s rare to come across someone who balances multitasking with such grace and attention to detail. A real credit to Vodafone!
