I found the staff to be very helpful with my older mother with the case of her bad hearing and the staff were very patient.

Went into the Barry
Went into the Barry, Vale Of Glamorgan branch to update my contract and look at new phones for my partner, Jake who looked after us helped get a new contract for my existing phone and helped my partner get a new phone on a good contract. He was very helpful and informative. Definitely an asset to the company.
