Really helpful member of staff!!!
The member of staff, Cedric, who assisted with our queries and concerns was extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain all of our options. Having attempted to discuss issues online and via phone we were finally able to get the clarity and understanding that we required directly from Cedric. With the multiple issues I have experienced with Vodafone in the past I was please to have been assisted by Cedric who was clear, concise and very friendly. Thank you!!!!

Cedric was fantastic !!! So helpful and knowledgable. Was happy to talk through the various phone and airtime options. So much nicer to speak to a person who clearly enjoys their job rather than a telephone call. Very impressed on how he managed a growing queue, triaging queries

For months I have been complaining of…
For months I have been complaining of no/poor signal.
I have repeated the same things over and over again.
Tests have been done. SIM card has been replaced. Still the same issues. I have tried escalating this to Vodafone UK, but i'm getting nowhere. Now I am making public and escalating further. Shame on you Vodafone UK for not listening to a very VERY frustrated and angry customer.
