Exemplary customer service by Emma
Emma (Bangor, Gwynedd branch) is a credit to your company. She was friendly and approachable and took time to answer all if our questions. I needed an upgrade and was seriously considering leaving Vodaphone, however following the exemplary customer service demonstrated by Emma, I have decided to remain.

BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Being elderly and being clueless about technology I was so impressed by the staff in the Bangor Vodafone shop particularly Emma who was amazing! Sorted everything out and was so patient and polite. I thought it would be a stressful experience buying and setting up a new phone but needn't have worried as the staff dealt with it all for me. Very happy 😊

Lovely in person
I did try sorting it out over the phone first, but after being passed around and pressing about a hundred different buttons, I gave up and I thought I’d just go in person over the weekend.
Thankfully Charlotte came over and asked if I needed help. I told her I don’t understand any of my bill and she sat me down, went through the whole thing step by step, and somehow managed to translate whatever nonsense was on that bill into English.
We laughed that I'd probably forget all of this by the time I'm back home, so she took the time to write down all of the information I needed and taught be how to find it on the Vodafone app.

Great service
Not only did we get expert advice from Kurtis and all of his team, we got really friendly and helpful service without sales pressure. We upgraded one phone and will go back when the other needs updating.
We then had to return with a technical issue,(us not them!), and Kurtis sorted it out for us with the same great service.

i had been experiencing some issues on…
i had been experiencing some issues on my phone for a few weeks and i’m unfortunately a big procrastinator so i had been putting it off. my friend suggested i pop into vodafone to see if they could do anything. the problems were started to hinder my ability to use my phone and i was getting very frustrated so while i was in town i finally decided to drop in.
i was seen by jessie and emma, and they were brilliant! they worked diligently, communicated well with each other but also seemed to genuinely care about helping me out. they reassured me that it was no problem for them and they quickly found the solution to the issue. they were so polite and friendly, i felt quite silly for not coming in sooner. i would definitely recommend this store! really good experience. thank you so much! 😊
