VODAFONE broadband absoluste joke of a company
DO NOT USE waited nearly 6 months for Vodafone to install a fibre went from it will be in the next 5 days to the next month , and now to waiting in for an engineer who was never going to come in the first place another wasted day ,I am sick of hearing I understand I’m so sorry , do yourself a favour and go with another company

I'm very sorry to hear that the internet has not been set up until now, this is not the experience we want our customers to have especially when setting up a new connection with us.
From the review you have posted I can see the team have advised the end of Jan, this would be due to City Fiber or Open Reach time frame and when we can get the engineer out and when they can connect the property.

Really helpful staff
Really helpful staff, as always. Not sure I could have sorted the online transfer form by myself. At least next time I’ll know to not have a space in the phone numbers.

Cannot cancel my broadband !
I can tell them my account details, I can tell them my Bank details (with the date my direct debit is payed) I can tell them how long I have had an account, land line number ....
Speaking to them on my Vodafone mobile!!
But because I cannot remember my pin, can't cancel my account.
Abysmal!!
Just returned from a journey to Vodafone shop (George Street Hove) the dimwit there says he cannot do it. My broadband contract expired a long time ago so I literally have no option but to just cancel my direct debit. A company as insignificant as Vodafone would not make a scratch in my credit rating.
Thank you for the reply Vodafone but typically the links don't work.
