Great service from Ryan, very attentive and helped me with resolving an issue with my SIM package.

Renewal and additional contract for phone
I visited the Airdrie branch to obtain information on renewing my contract and adding another phone for my husband. Paul was prepared and ready with options as I wanted to get my own contract renewed and also needed a phone and contract for my husband. It emerged that as a 20 year customer I did not have the best deal currently and Paul along with support from Callum managed to get everything sorted. Both guys were friendly and supportive ensuring I received a good deal which convinced me to stay with Vodaphone. The reason I had been thinking of leaving was the fact that I have been paying over £70 per month for my plan all because I hadn’t gone to upgrade and have not received a call to offer me a better deal which is what I would expect being a very very loyal customer.

Outstanding Customer Service
Had to visit and sort out contracts for the family and couldn’t fault the experience.
All the staff were unbelievably courteous and took time to explain our options and helped transfer our old numbers onto the new contracts.
Couldn’t fault the customer service levels and experience we had in store. 10/10

Amazing customer service in the Airdrie Graham Street store yesterday (ML6 9XA)
Brian took time patience and effort to redeem enough from my waterlogged phone to transfer to a new phone
Have to say anytime we have gone into this store the two young men are so welcoming and helpful Would never dream of moving to anyone other than Vodaphone when this level of customer service is obviously the norm as other customers were leaving happy and grateful
