"I absolutely hate Vodafone. Their customer service is a nightmare – endless waits, no resolutions, and being passed from one department to another. Their billing is a mess with hidden charges and errors they never take responsibility for. The network coverage is terrible, with constant dropped calls and slow data even in cities. Their promises about 5G are a joke. Avoid Vodafone at all costs!"

Worst Provider - Avoid !
The worst provider ever! -- avoid this scam company !! I got a phone on contract for £45 for 24 months.. After 6 months they decided to push to £56 months! -- like a joke!! - so I had to pay this amount for the whole 24 months! .. and then when the contract ended, they decided to charge me extra for a month even though the contract ended.. They give you BS like its advanced payment etc and they will refund you .. now I am wasting my time in getting my refund from them !--- SCAMMMM SCAAMMM SCAMMMM !! just AVOID this company. Go with O2 or EE, even if you have to pay more!

Been with Vodafone years and everytime I visit the store the staff members are always so professional and extremely friendly. Was upgrading to a new Ultra phone today and Mel who served me was seriously the sweetest person ever! She was so helpful at explaining everything and made the process as quick as possible.
