Easy to order,very reasonably priced and prompt delivery ......... couldn't ask for more! Thank you.

I will never use this company again. I was sent a Hermes tracking number almost immediately, but seven days went by with Hermes saying they had not received it. Vitamin Planet does not answer the phone, nor reply to voice mails or emails. Finally I was told that Hermes had lost the pallet with my order but it was now found. Several more days elapsed until my small parcel arrived. It could easily have been sent by Royal Mail.

Ordered something nearly a month ago and allegedly it was dispatched a few days afterwards and I was sent a tracking number that does not work. When I contacted them 2 weeks after the order I was told it hasn’t been dispatched? Have since tried to contact since as tracking isn’t valid and my order hasn’t come and have not had a response.

Placed order, several days later notified of dispatch, over a week after that nothing arrived and not trackable on Hermes. Emailed Vitamin Planet to check what was happening and was informed of delays because of moving warehouse, but no explanation of whether order had actually been sent out and was lost, or if notification of it was an admin error. Three emails later the question remained unanswered, so cancelled order and wrote correspondingly critical review. Since then I have received at least 2 emails requesting a review of the product I never received and the same for a review of Vitamin Planet - fed up with deleting requests, here you are.
Use them at your peril

After a month long wait and £50 out of pocket, still no delivery. Looking at all the reviews now, VITAMIN PLANET needs to be re-labelled as VITAMIN SCAMMERS!! Please consider one star as a minus One!! Leave a message on the phone; can never talk to anyone, and no one ever returns your calls.

I haven’t got all parcels:( The only one arrived had one tub broken:( And no one help to solve this problem:( Such a terrible experience:(

The Delivery could have been better 10 working days is very long when you could just put in the post on 2nd class for a small package.

Wrong product sent and had to chase the correct refund. They did offer a refund which I am still waiting for.

I have no idea how this company has managed to achieve any good reviews, and judging by my experience, their website blurb is complete fantasy.
Their current excuse for atrocious service is moving warehouse, which I accept is disruptive, but other (well-organised, professional, competent) companies seem to manage without the same complications. It would also be the time to try harder to keep things running smoothly. Not on your life for Vitamin Planet! Who cares? So, I'm still waiting for my order and a reasonable reply to my emails.
It's worth noting that the info at Companies House shows them as having moved at least 3 times in the last couple of years. Hmmm..........

Really love this mask.

The onion cubes were fine. I purchased them from you as my usual supplier didn't have them in stock (no pun intended). However, I was not pleased to see them come in a box with so much polystyrene packaging.

The customer service is very slow! I have to consistently chase for updates, and was told my order was lost!

I can’t get my coffee on the Isle of Skye and where I’d bought it previously was no longer supplying. I was devastated, then I found Vitamin Planet, I’m always a little weary of trying new sellers. But they were great and the process was simple. Also by using Shop I was kept abreast of when my delivery was arriving. All in all a great experience 😊

Very disappointed with Vitamin Planet. Order place 2 weeks ago, items still haven't been sent.
Customer service is non-existent, no reply to any of the e-mails sent and the phone line just says no-one available to take the call, leave details & we'll call you back ......they don't.
I have requested a refund, but still no response.
Would not recommend this company.
