Using VisualCV as I haven't written up a CV in over ten years!

I've been self-employed for ten years. Due to COVID-19 I'm job hunting and I haven't written a CV in a decade! I found VisualCV by chance when searching how to write a CV and glad I took the chance and started to use it. It has been super helpful - especially as I didn't really know where to start.

A very special thanks to the VisualCV team for giving a free upgrade to VisualCV Pro for those of us having to look for new jobs during these challenging times. A simple to use resume tool backed up by a superb support team!

What a surprise and wonderful free gift from VisualCV

I was looking for a recommended CV/Resume site and found some excellent templates. When I almost completed my resume on my chosen format, unfortunately I hadn't realised it was a Pro Account only.
Incredibly, a day later I received a fantastic email from James (VisualCV CEO) who offered 6 months free access to the Pro Account.
Now I can create and upload my new Pro resume to prospective employers with added confidence and this is all due to the altruism and very generous gift from VisualCV. In these uncertain and troubling times, their gift, I am sure, will be welcomed very gratefully by all who are lucky enough to choose their site over any others.

Recommendation

It is really useful, efficient, and user friendly. The team is very supportive and honest. I do recommend VisualCV.

This is a great service that makes constructing resumes easy

This is a great service that makes constructing resumes easy. There are many visually appealing templates to choose from. The only thing that could have been a little better was the editing software specifically if you write say work experiences and want to switch them to a different order, it only switches the titles, not the entire work experience. Other than that It is a very good site to use!
