Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. False advertising on website that says any hospital and any doctor for consultation but lot of providers are not accepting this insurance.

Hello - thank you for the feedback. We were able to look up your policy details using your email address. The type of plan you purchased is a low-cost, schedule of benefit plan. This means you can go to any doctor or provider you choose, you will pay the full bill upfront and claim to the insurance company for reimbursement per the schedule of benefits included in your policy details.
There is no PPO network on this type of plan, hence the doctor will say they don't accept the insurance as its pay and claim.
